Hahaha tarping super sacks. Gotta love it . Especially if u get a half assed loader that doesnt push the bag inwards towards the middle. Instead u got every bag leaning all different directions

If I can’t secure and tarp a load on their property, they can take the #### off. Not playing frogger while throwing tarps.

lol , hell somebodys gotta do it.... That one supersack load i posted in here earlier this year . Went to that road construction site on i90 just west of laurel montana..... Silly me i thought it was some kind of special gravel they were using that couldnt get wet or something.... Nope not at all.... Drove by the completed construction site a couple months back and they just used the rocks for landscaping under the bridge.... I said u got to be freaking kidding me, wasted all that time tarping rocks that were gonna be left outside anyways

I feel ya for sure. It was a dead end street and didn’t take me 15 minutes tops. I have left places before for that very reason.

There is a place in Des Moines, New Mexico that will never see me again for that very reason.

This was sand that is going on a open baseball field in Omaha, NE. It’s already sitting there in the dirt with no tarp over them.

They have thier uses, convinent with things that are basically impossible to tarp and other things.

But other than the occasional coil these days im probably only tarping like 20% of the time. To me having a curtainside at all is just extra work on the whole.

Admitedly I got alot faster with it today as Im getting more used to its shenanagins during delivery. Half the clasps on one side dont like to just snap shut. Other side aint half bad.

Is these new curtain sides just for dedicated guys or they gonna convert the whole flatbed division? I remeber my time there , how hard my co workers were on brand new equipment. Stuff less than a year old completely trashed. I could only imagine what they would do with a curtainside.

As far as I know it's dedicated fleets only. But I'm with you on that I've seen some very nice trailers get messed up before. that was the one thing I really liked about running that drywall account I got one brand new trailer and ran it for 2 years that thing was still flawless. At any rate I'm probably going to be gone in the spring. And well I know what the plan is I'm not going to mention it here until it actually happens. But over the next few months if everything works out right I'm going to be kitting up a truck and leaving. Depending on what I end up deciding on as far as rigs go I might use these guys to pay me to go get my equipment. This is something I've been planning for over a year. But I'm going to wait for the winter slow down to get over most likely.

Doing all that stuff I did last year with the precast, got me some good references.

But I ain't looking to really get going until the winter slow down is done.
