Nice. That's a much needed pay bump as January would be the third year with no pay raise. Hopefully there's a decent raise for the guys with 5 years or less at Superior.

I liked the idea that you could change plans quarterly. Go mileage during slower times of year to get layover pay, then percentage when it's rocking with little sitting.

I worked for Schneider bulk and thats exactly how it was. I really don't care too much about the change as long as my paycheck doesn't get hurt

I/c pay goes from 65 (I think?) to 68% of lh based on equipment on the truck. Nothing gets the lower number and compressor and pump the higher, and somewhere in the middle if you’re missing one or the other. + fsc. Demurrage is 50% of what is billed.

So just did some quick math based on the top pay rate on an out-n-back mileage vs percentage.

    Linehaul is $5274
    Miles are ~2380 (1190 loaded, 1190 empty)
    Mileage pay = $1297.10
    Percentage pay = $1529.46

Assuming there isnt any paid layover the percentage pay would be best. But with one day of paid layover and you are p.much even. Not sure if they still have bunk pay or any other accessorial that could put you over the top.
