I call every time they are ready and I have the check mailed out to me and if I won’t be home to put it in the bank my daughter does it for. I have trained pretty good or as good as you can for a daughter lol
She puts it in the bank for me and I let her get a free meal on me

A very strange thing happened last night.

I left CB with 4.5/5 on my 11/14. I drove 2 hours with plans to stop at a rest area 1.5 hours down the road leaving a cushion of an hour.

    simple.

But at that point I get the audible warning that I only have 59 minutes left ... what?

I pull over and look but visually I’m still seeing 2.5/3 on my 11/14... I force the QC to hard reboot to see if that clears things up. Still shows 2.5/3... I roll down the road and contact the office. They said it looks to them that I only have 30 minutes left too. And yup, I get the audible warning that I’m down to 30 minutes left shortly thereafter.

I quickly find a hole and shutdown. Force yet another reboot and but visually it’s still reporting that I have 2 hours of drive time available to drive.

I assume it’s a programming bug since the last rules change. I took screenshots at both event and submitted them to my DM to report the anomaly.

Has anyone else hit this issue?

Did you by chance need a 30 minute break? That would trigger a warning while still having time left on 11/14. Just a thought

If you was off duty for 3 hours it goes back and picks that up. It will give the audible alarm and then it will state unless you have met the required rules. When it gets to zero it goes back to previous time. At least it did on mine.

I am not affiliated with this company or Elora so I am not responsible for any errors.

I finally got my load this morning. The supervisor said It’s been ready since yesterday afternoon and I said well nobody called me and I was down here checking on it yesterday and you told me go back to my truck and You will call me . He apologized and said he doesn’t know why I wasn’t called. So as I go check it out the guard told me what happened . She said most of all this week One of the guards checking us in takes us out of the system once we drop our trailer and go sit in the trailer overflow area when we’re still on the property and when shipping checks there computer it shows we left the property so that’s why they’re not calling us . This lady said she’s been dealing with it since like Wednesday of this week drivers after drivers after drivers are all having the same problem. She said she notified her supervisor this morning and then she has to stop put us back in the system to check us back out by our bills to show that we picked up our load and leaving the yard with it.

Nope... went to grab Wings in CB... was off duty for over an hour before leaving CB.

I didn’t post pics here but my 8 hour clock was over 5 hours at both events.

If using PC you must enter something in the description and remember to go back to regular off duty when finished with PC. If that isn’t it, I’m at a loss.

There is a box that says "will pair sb". When that box is checked it recognizes the split sleeper berth. So let's say you take 3 hrs off-duty. Then your 14 will be extended. Then when you get to when your original 14 hour clock would have been up, you start getting warnings. "You have 60 minutes of drive time remaining unless the requirements are met." This is because if you don't do 7 hours in the sleeper you will have a violation.
