a lot of trucking websites list their requirements. concerning DUIs, some companies won't hire a driver if they've EVER had one. and if you do have an interview and the subject is brought up, I wouldn't suggest telling them that most people are wild and stupid in their early 20s.
Newbie here needs some advice

Are you opposed to going back to the sand box? Halburton may likely be hiring drivers.
With your lowboy (heavy?) equipment hauling experience you may find something in that niche and there is always O/O. -
jtrnr1951 Thanks this.

Good Advice all....as far as Halliburton, actually now KBR the subsidary broke off in 2007, but at any rate I already been there done that as a heavy equipment operator. Just got back in June from theater. KBR is hiring drivers, but KBR is losing ground for the LOGCAP IV project well its more than losing ground they lost the bids. I'll put up a seperate post later I have some really good info and points of contacts for jobs in theater. Means Iraq, Kuwait or Afganistan for those who don't know the lingo. but anyhow i invested 30 months of my life in Iraq so i'm not anxious to go that route anytime soon.
