good for you pharm glad to see you have a plan!!!!im sitting here dwelling on what mistakes i might have made and or how i could have done things differnt to stay in the game but the numbers arent adding up,with the deal i had on the truck,if i had payments i could have swung it but due to my so called friends finacail delema,i took a chance and lost, but make no mistake i always have a backup plan, might not always be the best but it will work out,i know how to do to many things, but the thing i would like to coment the most on is thru this thread i have met several very cool people that have shared alot of advice and knowlage ,and poked some fun at them and myself thr trucking world is a breed all its own always has been and always will be,in my eyes but just like everything else the brokeres and the goverment find a way to suck the money out of you or the truck stops ,parts for our toys arent cheap nor the labor, the brokers are trying to get rich over our labor and the goverment ,between fuel taxes and regulations are on a regulare basis sticking it to the little guy,,but like i said a whole differnt class of people,,but to the few good freinds iv made thru this sight i thank you for all your help and advice and hope everything works out for you in the future,,,including you hippo boy hope thing skeep comeing around for you, but i will pop in to tease, poke fun ,comment on differnt issues, seems i fought the battles but lost the war,and life gos on

yes my fellow threaders i am alittle depressed,i took a truck that wouldnt pass a dot check and brought it back to life, the truck is in better shape than when i recieved it and the thing thats eating me up is haveing to give it back in better shape than i recieved it just for the sole purpose to be traded in,but leagley the truck dont belong to me so i will hold my end of the deal,i am a man of my word and this deal has costed me a 20yr friendship and in this case is no great loss cause a freind wouldnt have changed the deal at the last minit, but thats my problem and no one elses ,i took the deal ,took a chance and buy all mean i know deep down it was not from lack of effort on my part,i gave it a fair run and took better care of that truck than they did,but i guess thats just pride in what you do,,sorry im letting this out in here but i hate looseing and i can understand how some of the otheres feel in hre trying to hang on buy a thread

Dino you working under your own authority? Or leased to company?
-
easyway, due to my situation i had to go with a lease company,i didnt have enough time with my cdl andthe inssurance was way to high and i ran out of money, now if someone was willing to foot the 12,000 with payments its a differnt story and i can keep rolling and or possible a whole new and differnt dealbut the key is to get this socalled friend compleatly out of the picture and that waqs my soul goal so i could progress and get my own trailer and authority,at least i could cut out the middle man,but to try and do this in 90 days was a chance with the odds against me in a big way
-
easy way as it is now im out my saveings and moneys borrowed from a real friend that knows what the situation is,but the grand total is out of my pocket 9 grand flushed down the tubes, and start all over again, its a shame, cause the so called friend is constantly calling wanting to know whats going on and its dricveing me up the wall ,the deal is cut in dry in writeing 90 day 12,grand or turn the truck back over,,guess hes scared ,but the funny thing is when this man need ed my help i was there,at a drop of a hat,and now the tables turn and its like a #### voulcher on my shoulder
-
that's just how some people are. one friend of mine stole truck and trailer from me. aint friendship a #####..
