naw... deny and demand proof are good ones, but I am a terrible liar. Sheesh, I end up telling on myself if I even try. When I don't want to tell D something, but I know I will end up saying something, I start out with "if I tell you something, promise not to get too mad at me?"

 

My truck is not going into the shop. The Volvo is. So, wrong.

Talk about part of the story. I do not pay you or handle your money. You got that lousy settlement because they held most of it over until today. You will get what you have coming as soon as it is paid out. You continue to confuse me with eclipse and their policies. Sometimes BOL's are subject to verification and take an extra day. I didn't take your money and you are losing nothing. I've been dealing with these kinds of delays since April. If you'd stop complaining to the guy who can't do anything about your money and get it straight from the horse's mouth you wouldn't have to be so paranoid all the time. You have never not gotten your payout and this is no different. I was supposed to get over $2k on friday outside of your payout and got $250. It does no good to blame you and I had to call everyone expecting money from me Friday as well. Believe what you want but I am not in any way benefitting or sitting here with some imaginary pile of money.

If anyone here believes I'm paying you $300 on a $1400 payout and you're still hauling loads then they are morons. The difference is I don't expect that they are. Keep it real.

Sounds like eclipse is screwing both of you! If they are suppsoed to be paying you on friday then holding it till monday, I may be wrong on this next part, but aren't they collecting interest on your money? Just think if they did that to 10 or 20 different guys expecting a 2k check, that would add up to alot of money thats collecting interest!

 

It sounds like a screwing but it's really not. Apparently there are enough untrustworthy truckers that they have to make absolutely sure everything is on the up and up before paying out. People try to beat the system, send in BOL's that aren't delivered yet and every trick in the book.

No there is no interest to collect. They pay out in a couple days and don't even collect the money from the receiver until 30 days or so.

Oftentimes we don't get what we're expecting when we expect it, but we eventually always get it. The more frustrating part is that when there is a delay, they also take out the additional fuel you spent over that day or two as well, so that truly sucks.

5mouths just hasn't dealt with this long enough to understand what they do and distinguish it with something I must be doing to him. I get angry too, he just needs to focus it properly. He really needs to stop jumping to conclusions and posting insults. I've let them go long enough trying to avoid just this, but I will not have my integrity called into question. This whole thread has been about giving the blaring truth about everything, and anyone who has been reading it for any length of time knows I bare it all, good or bad. I talk regularly with about 30 people here who all KNOW better, so good luck.

I just wish he didn't actually believe what he is saying. It must feel terrible and for that I do feel bad.
