Where is everyone #5

@TripleSix I'm sure you've run across this before. What's a good way to deal with the "children" at the gym? We had a group of them in there last night. Weird, scrawny looking twiggys.

Now normally I don't judge, we all started somewhere. These kids, man did they think they were something special. Throwing weights around, crowding the mirror space to take pictures, cussing, yelling. They were making more noise curling 20 lb dumbbells than I was, deadlifting 3 plates.

 

I tell ya if these kids worked the rest of their muscles as hard as they worked their jaw with all the yelling and talking, they'd be ripped in a matter of days lol.

 

Pretty much.

Little update on my buddy’s A model Kenworth ..... moving right along!

 

Well I'm 10 plus years old on info. That does not seam too bad.

And nothing wrong with doing it right the first time however. Houses and engines are built in the basement.
