Oh it’s gonna hit me like a freight train the first time I’m sure; @Wasted Thyme is a door slammer in training, preferably called, “FloridaMan”

I hauled totes a couple times. When I had acetone, the surge was pretty strong.

Dye, a little thicker did not have that much surge, but still had some.

@farmerjohn64 In the SE Houston area, just about every tanker company has a terminal. Trimac, Superior/Heniff, Altom, are in there. Over in the swamp, in the St Gabriel/Gonzales area it is about the same. Lake Charles has a few too. All of the forest products plants in East Tx and Louisiana have a lot of tankers in and out everyday. Chemical plants in Diboll, tx and Alexandria, La supply a lot of them. For North Texas, CC Cobb in Waxahachie (also Houston), Groendyke in Saginaw. Doo some research, but more important talk to some drivers.
Where in La do you live?

I live in Oakdale; south of Alexandria, north of Lake Charles; if I can’t land a decent driving gig near home, due to not qualifying for one that lets say you need 3 years experience plus tanker experience, I’ve got an uncle in Crosby who doesn’t hate me yet which would get my foot into Texas

Lets move this to the tanker forum. Some of the tanker drivers on here don't read anywhere else.
