...he might be smart enough and do it pro se ...then you need a lot of time and research , it is possible ...not sure what amount of money we are talking about and how long he was there working

 

If he knows other people scammed by same co - will be much easier , otherwise its just reality of life and as you mentioned they will keep doing it because its their nature and way of life ,people not gonna spend tens of thousands knowing 50/50 chances , good attorney evaluates the case and might work for contingency

 

I agree but to bring them to justice you need to pay lawyers to start the case !

 

I'm pretty sure they broke the law. The feds have lots of lawyers.

From what I’m reading, you are hired onto this company and they find you work and send it to you.... correct?

So how to they make a profit ?

 

Usually they charge 10-15% from the rate confirmation for their service
The way they do :
They got rate con for 3000 , photoshopped to 2600 for our Joe and charged him 260 assuming they are @10% ...they just made $660 instead 300

 

If he would be running under his MC - there is no point of doing it , most likely he is running under theirs
