that's every injector story I've heard, when you first see signs of trouble, do them all and all at once. I wonder about the stories of having to go through 2 or 3 sets of injectors before the problems stop, how much of that is due to actual faulty parts, or due to 1. bad install job/calibration, or 2. not cleaning out the rest of the system before install, particulates that killed the first set left in there to kill the second and third sets.

My 2014 is at 725k and we did all injectors around 500k
    Both def sensors
    Egr valve
    Def pump
    Water pump
I'm getting ready for a new radiator when I make it home .
Been a good truck so far only had one derate due to sensor. Best thing is truck is gonna be paid off this month .

Lol I hope that doesn't happen they're not cheap lol.
Mine were actually the Actuator and not the injector itself. So I don't believe it's was bad fuel or nothing like that.
I did them about 50,000 miles ago all good so far.

I haven't done any of that in 400k . It may have been done before I purchased the truck at 325k now sitting at 725k . I think if your system is working properly it will be a while for a new or clean filter. I hear that 2014 and up trucks with dd15 have a better one box and alot of issues were resolved with emissions , not all but some .

Far as the DPF’s go, I don’t think there’s really a set mileage that they should be cleaned. Your ecm keeps track of MPG, idle time etc and determines the ash percentage. Once that is high enough it will throw a code to let you know.

I did mine at 725000. My truck gave me an engine light let me know that it was time for them to be clean. If you go too long without cleaning them it can cause damage to your one Box. It's recommended according with Detroit manual every 350000 miles.

I’m at 460k now but idle time next to nothing. So far no codes whatsoever so I’ll probably kept running it till it throws a emission code.
