Have decided on a pan grilled pork chop, oven roasted potatoes, and a salad. Probably grapes for post meal snack. Contemplating starting with some Minestrone soup. The problem with that is I don’t have any good crusty bread, just crackers.

The salad looks ok, but in my world, its pretty hard to f up a salad.
However, one must always remember, this is not my world.
I should be ok.
