You don't have to team either. If you are doing linehaul (OTR) and get to a terminal, while waiting for another linehaul load you will help out doing local (pays by the hour) or regional (miles plus drop pay) -

So, little update, KLLM got back to me on their Tyson Dedicated route, they’re gonna take me in on Monday at 50cpm, 2600-2800 mi a week, seems like a good deal!
Anything I should watch out for with KLLM? -
Working with Biohazard or the inside of the truck looked like a Biohazard?
