Does something so obvious really need to be "WARNED ABOUT" by the FMCSA? I think not. If people are too stupid to put 2 and 2 together on this one, the population as a whole has gotten a lot stupider than I have ever imagined!

Only thing I could find about 0.3% thc is in regards to hemp specifically. Do you have any references about CBD oil and max thc? I'm asking as I've always been told it's not regulated at all, and even the girl I know that works in a pot shop claims that. Just not finding anything about cbd oil...

 

The company im with they sent out an email about cbd and to not use it under any circumstances... wonder if somebody got popped for thc after using it

I think what @kemosabi49 is referring to is found in the 2nd link. From Section 10113 of the Farm Bill

“The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

 

A non-driver guy I know popped dirty for drugs by using CBD oil. Do to religious beliefs he has never so much as had one beer let alone drugs. His boss, knowing him for a long time just laughed.
Now if he was a driver he would have been ruined. Why risk it in our profession?

 

Somebody probably used the CBD oil "EXCUSE" after popping hot for weed.

 

YEA...he's still fighting it.It is prohibited for use by CDL drivers.It boils down to who's doing the test and the level of testing.
