    Got up at 11am.

    Drank a pot of coffee, ate the bacon and Swiss omelet sammiches the Missus made me for breakfast, and turned down 3 loads from the travel agent.

    I'm exhausted. I'm gonna grab a nap until Adam-12 comes on.....

    Back then it was 8 count body builders. Some genius piped up and told the D.I. he could only make us do as many reps as mandated by the PT standard.
    Well count 3 was the up push up position, 4 was down. So during 25 eight count body builders, we probably did in the neighborhood of 50 push ups. Then 25 more when it was the push up cycle lmfao.

    I can still hear that guy. Three four three four lol lol lol

    IIRC Jakes have a minimum cut in speed setting in the computer. Mine I had set to like 5 MPH.

    But I rarely was on Goat paths. Also had all aluminum wheels for heat dissipation with disc brakes on the front.

    There was also a setting for lowest cruise control speed.
