Fortunately I did NOT let them hang a bumper for me. Thank God cause who knows what that would have ended up as..

I will be doing that myself, hopefully with a little guidance from someone smarter than I..

P.S. Well every now and then you run across a swell person and David at Kiswire in Pine Bluff, AR is among them; he helped me with my tarps completely and held my winch bar for every strap I undid!

 

Just buff it. She will clean up.

 

What a day that was.. Here I was, flying high, had spend a good educational morning with you. Snagged a $3.20 pm load out of Kenova, near your backyard, & bang!! Darn deer..

It a darn shame for sure.. Gotta eyeball every little thing, then message it out straight anyhow. What's the point. All these folks did was waste my money, & more importantly my time. Cost me the entire end of the year. Just decided to do the best I can getting it to my standards, & start anew come January..

On the stainless steel front.. Am I better to use locking nuts, or lock washers.? Or zinc nuts? Or keep the metals matched & just don't make it ridiculously tight..

But I think you are right, & some shine can be brought back..

Will I be mad at myself if I dont go electric?

 

This is my first issue in 5 seasons with the electric. So about 1500 loads. I won't go back. Only one I have ever had. Shurlock 4500hd. With remote.
