So slightly modified version of my tex-mex chili. They didn't have green pepper. So I used a poblano pepper. 1lb lean ground beef, 1lb chorizo, 3 cans fire roasted tomatoes, can of pinto beans and black beans. Simmering in my new crock pot for the truck.

 

Make sure you tie that mf down if you’re gonna use it while cooking or else you’ll be dining on the floor of your truck after you #### near put yourself through the windshield for any number of reasons

 

Keep close to the crapper. Just sayin.

 

Yeah it has a nice hinged lid. But I plan to bungie it down when I use it.

Lucky to be at the hotel. So no worries there. LOL

 

That nice hinged lid will be in ####in pieces on the floor too LMAO
