ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

FedEx Freight does a meet and turn between Fargo and KC. Three drivers run doubles from KC to Burbank SD, where they meet two drivers running triples from Fargo. Very high seniority needed to get that run since it runs during the day.

I left my ps4 for Xbox one try something new. Next gen still can't get ahold of yet I looked last night. PC too expensive cause I gotta have best it the best and 3k for me crazy since a casual gamer now a day's.

 

Ha. Spoken like a true LTL guy. 3k is nothing to me! I got a wife and kids. Don't work that way for me anymore! I'm going get a next gen I just don't know if I'm staying Xbox or going back PS

 

Anyone have any experience with P&D with estes? Any long term employees can let me know how it is? What type of hours can one expect to do then when I have a few years under my belt if start times can get better? How's the work/home life? Alot of touch freight or mostly bumping docks, guess that can range greatly pending terminal. I'm looking at estes as long term career and retiring with them. Hopefully they have a decent 401k match. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
