Hey everyone,
I've been with this company for over 2 years and I finally think its time to talk about them. They took me with just 6 months of experience. It's a family owned company with around 40 trucks. They offer W2 or 1099, lease to purchase programs. They own all of their equipment. Never had a problem with getting stuff repaired, whether it'd be on the road or in the terminal.
Within 3 months of employment, I had a little accident. Instead of flat out charging me for the deductible as many others do, the owner split it into $100 weekly deductions with the option of returning it all if I stay accident free for the next year. Guess what, I was able to drive without any accidents and got all of my money back. They're able to get me home within 2 days of me asking. Just overall I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to switch companies. Thanks for reading.

Trucks are 2016 or newer cascadiais mostly. They have 6 mechanics so its watched over pretty closely. Pay is pretty good too. I'm at 65 cents per mile right now. Freight is between 30-40k.
