Werner, JB, bottom-feeder fleece companies (CRE, JB-fleece, New Prime --
    >somewhat better) pay drivers < 30cpm and sometimes 0cpm or even -cpm.

Even the Schneider fleece is not a good deal with a new truck = many fleecers fail with now many 1-2 year old trucks for sale. i41 Schneider Finance by the old training grounds, GB -you can see it by the highway.

Fleecers are dropping freight rates and companies think you should be paying them to haul their freight (in your truck!)

I think you mean Hireright (google: "Hireright") that owns the DAC system, and they give you the right to request a free copy and add to your file (this is not an advertisement).

I'm new, and I don't know why I can't insert the links to these important, free reports that impact every driver, but check for the link on the site called "Consumers-Applicants".

It's called HireRight Dac Solutions (for this month at least!) Just Google HireRight and click and follow the links to HireRight to the transportation link or try this: 3w's dot hireright.com/Transportation-Industry.aspx The transportation page is where you can fill out a form to get you free "DAC" report.
THIS is the link to DISPUTE anything on your Report! 3w's dot hireright.com/Disputes/
This is exactly the same information DACFIX will have you do and you pay them $150.00 to mail it in for you! Sounds like a good deal right?

    Everett Thanks this.

White actually reflects heat... black absorbs heat.

It's the ammonia fumes coming off the cement or asphalt at TruckStops that you will succumb to first. I see it happen at the Pilots quite a bit.

One of the many reasons TMC waxes up their trucks -ammonia will eat up the paint and even chrome. TMC trucks are black, but the wax saves the truck. With the Idle-Aires going out you will see more truckers succumb to the ammonia phenomenon.

god i see a lot of people fail to consider the physical properties of a truck.

I don't have windows in my sleeper. Yeah, at the top i do, but they're tiny so they barely even help if im in the top bunk! My truck, for whatever reason, gets HOT in the summer. If its 70 out, its 90ish in the bunk. if its 50-65 out, its fine.

I have a carrier APU. Qualcom does not send data about its usage to the company. I usually run it when i sleep. The comfort monitor doesnt work a #### and it doesnt keep the cab cool at all, so i have to hide in the sleeper. Whatever. I dont care.

But if my truck is 90 inside on a 70 degree day....? then on a 100 degree day?

And if i open my windows less desirable people will be in my truck. I dont think so.

wtf? i cant smell anything over the exhaust usually?

are you serious about the chrome? My chrome looks just fine. why does wax not help on a white truck? Mines 3 tones of blue, will wax save that too?
