Sacred, East west express, villa rica georgia !! Team california back here, have you checked them out. That expedited can be tough stuff, in my opinion.
Sacred Feline Thanks this. -
No I have not and I will, thanks a lot. Yeah I know it can be tough, but how much tougher could it be than flatbed..?

I drive for Express-1 and they have never done me wrong. I have no complants at all about them and I am doing well. Give them a callSacred Feline and sookie Thank this.

I am looking into expedite as well..I looked at the website for express 1...I was thinking sprinter.According to the website, vans have to be 2 years or newer...No thanks..That sounds ridiculous considering everyone else allows up tp a 5 year old van..I have read some stuff about them on another forum and guys in vans were sayin they were makin enough $ to keep up with buyin a new van all the time...

I would be interested to know the turn down rates of those that say they arn't making very much money. To make money you have to run not hide in the truck stops. this is a business not a vacation.
When I set out on the road, I am out to work. I turn down few loads. I have herd drivers #####ing about there low checks and in the next min. they are saying how many loads they turned down. If you turn a load down and dont make a run you don't get paid, bottom line. -
Some people will find ways to make anything suck for them...I just know I am not buying a new van every 2 years. They have some other negs I have seen on other websites as well...I am glad they are treating you good though..

To make money you have to get a rate that pays more than expenses and not take loads into dead zones you have to deadhead out of . Sitting and not making money is better than running and losing money . If everybody refused low rates they'd have to come up . Those that refuse low rates often get a second call with a higher rate for the same load .kickin chicken Thanks this.

Some of these expediter companies are new to the tractor area. I started with Bolt and thought they were great but they sure dont practice what they breach, All there ads are CRAP. Everything they tell you they will cover they dont. empty move nope, detention time nope, deadhead to another location that has been authorized nope. "we treat you like family" bullcrap. They talk a good game but thats it!!! I could go on and on but why? Basically if you are a truck owner operator and are a TRUE owner operator not a driver who works for a O/O DONT BELIEVE THEIR ADS.
bmgroup Thanks this.
