Hey guys! Just here to see if anybody has questions about E-logs, regulations, tickets, or anything safety related :) I have 4 years of OTR experience and 4 years behind the desk as a Safety Supervisor. Ask away, don't be shy.

I know how to manage my HOS, am aware of the regulations, and have never had any tickets or safety related issues. So thanks for offering your services but I'm good.

Are you a d.o.t compliance manager? I would assume you are? If so I have a career question for you what classes or certifications did you get to put yourself in that position? Ive honestly put thought into pursuing that as a career choice in a couple of years.

Depending on the state it was issued it might show up on your MVR for life but most are 5-10 years as far as i know. So, it should not be a problem. Especially given that positive drug tests are dealt in 3 weeks and costs $1000. I'd be surprised if your friend is having troubles with finding employment because of it ;)
