It's all good. You'll start to pick up stuff along the way and before you know it, you'll have more crap than you know what to do with. Then when you goto clean out your truck, you'll forget you had half of it....lol.
Cleaning my truck is like Christmas, I find all kinda crap I forgot I had.

I had to use caution with this because the youngster who loaded me at our plant tried to get me to tarp a structural steel load, I just laughed at him.

You know youre only new once, but sometime that one time can be a real pain in the rear.

Are you saying the load has sharp edges? That’s what they making felt padding and cardboard for. This load of scrap Ti went from Washington to Michigan and this machine went from New Jersey to Washington. Zero holes. 86C338B0-80D2-401A-9F4F-312CC3C071B2.jpeg 3199EB25-7DB3-4158-8DEA-08F744A8AFFA.jpeg C5B43868-DB5E-4556-9405-92475747BACE.jpeg 49FEA066-D5B9-4490-85B2-47BFEF96B71B.jpeg

The irony, one of the gigs I had here in Utah was taking old equipment like the first one out of Hill AFB and to some special scrap place that would recycle the precious metals and what nots. First time I tarped a load like that first one, I ripped the dog snot out of my tarps, took me almost 4 hours patching that turd back up.

Its been awhile for me though, and of course the shipper and even other drivers thought I was full of it when I told them my paperwork says "tarps" the shipper even plastic wrapped first.

Thanks for the reply, trying to find out whats going on these days.

This is like the load im talking about.
