Your on your way to 100k and a home daily bid. Hopefully you stay in the south and don't touch the big northeast.

I'd say you see Florida enough. Mr big money. But remember R+L horse ####. Your in for a treat with big E!!! But big $ and good bennies.

Equipment is nothing like rl had though lol

I've been off the board for a while so tell me what terminal is 054? I know 055 is WMX, the most hated and feared terminal lol

Did you see any “system” drivers when you were at R&L running solo sleepers?

That sounds like a nice gig.

    Yes. Talked to a few.

Actually gave a set one time to one needing to go home for family emergency.

Basically like estes extraboard. You just get a sleeper truck instead of the hotel. Most guys I talked to said you could make 2k

January and February didn't slow down for me. Still made 10k gross per month with all the miles I could handle. Here is kicking off a good 2021 making over a 120k (still have some raises coming). What is with everybody needing drivers. Estes is in big need, so they say. I see it in Denver and Salt Lake alot, Lots of outside drivers coming in to run our freight.

One thing I never understood is apparently those guys get paid the same per runs as the teams do but the line haul guys make peanuts comparatively.

And from I gathered the only way to get on that gig is years with RL or your teammate retires/dies. I met one guy that was doing it after his teammate passed away and he was fighting them like hell to stay solo. They kept trying to stick somebody with him.

I don't miss that place. They all got their share of ####! I think you will like big E better than R+L. Money's for sure better. The way big E does paperwork is dumb. You can't just throw it away like you used to with R+L.

I'm still pretending to be a FedEx driver. In process closing on new house 18 min from work for me 10 min for the wife. I got a buddy wanting me to apply at Dayton but it's hard to pass this gig up.

530pm start. Run a p&d back at 615pm. Lay down till 8pm. Wake up run to Lebanon. Get there 1130. Lay down till 2. Get up hook and head back. Done by 530am. Clear 1220 every week. Its just too easy.
