Especially if they're going to eliminate 1099 contractors.
Times are getting funny all at the same time.

Just saw a nice Bronco in Georgia. Must have been one of the last full size, not sure what year. Same green color. it looked very nice. Like new. It made me reconsider the Jeep. We had a 94, with a straight 6, had Power like a V8. Later we had a Grey 04. Last year of that body style. 05 and up are supposed to be much better. I I don’t like new body style. My wife really likes the Cherokees. So do I. The 04 just seemed to fit like a glove. Independant suspension, 4.3 with a 5 spd transmission. 17 mpg. Had a Durango in between Jeeps. Same 4.3 with 4 spd trans. A Dakota platform with solid rear axle. No comparison ride line crap. Only got 13 mpg.. I’m tempted to bite the bullet. Soon to be a classic or antique. We put less than 5k a yr in miles. Would last a long time. Still would need rubber bushings etc. no telling.. Going to be near the Jeep on Monday. Any opinions? Won’t hurt my feelings. I normally don’t ask opinions, I give them, when it comes to vehicles. I know it sounds bad, but my opinions are usually valued. I’ve slept Ed on it fir a week. Still not sure. Cost of Ownership over next 6-10 yrs. will really pay off, I’m thinking. Wether it’s $6k or $9k won’t matter much.

Speaking of which Schneider said they are going to double their intermodel freight.

    Because.........wait for it..........it's a green move.

I have some beach in Kansas you REALLY need to see.

So where is that freight going to be taken from?

I posted a question about that on Landstar's Facebook page, and it was deleted in like 15 seconds.

Not exactly. They're going the way of JBHUNT. Soon there won't really be an OTR Schneider.

Not for profit. Because it's environmentally friendly.

I'd try for the 7k but 8800 isn't all that bad, could be be worse, straight axle Toyota 4×4 you can barely even look at for that money.(I know the grands are IFS) wife and I sold a Cherokee sport that had seen a lot of the Rubicon trail for 6500, glad they didn't look underneath!
