The entire company switched to hourly yesterday. Training wage is now $20/hr, not $240/day.

Swing shift is gonna be tough after awhile. Musket Oil owns Gemini, and Loves. Their is alot off money behind that corporation.

Loves is 100% family owned. Started by Tom & Judy Love who still are running the company.

Still not getting contacted by anyone here either. They either leave you hanging, or send you the classic "Go F Yourself" email. Plenty of contact between myself and the Pilot recruiter for the positions here in NM. But that pesky, regional manager of theirs for the area seems to have me on his trash list since I don't actually live in the area I'm trying to get to yet.

Looks like I'm either trapped in this non-HAZMat/low-pay hellscape. Or I got to make the move up to expensive/try-not-to-smack-the-20-something land and take a non-tanker/LTL job if I want to start making my pay go above $40k/$50k again. This is getting insane.

I wouldn't think this would be the case for fuel hauling. I've been hearing anywhere between $22 and $30 an hour to start with the fuel companies I've been trying to get on with.
