She has been exceeding our expectations so far, especially as we a on I-80 in WY now at Rock Springs headed to SLC. She handled Park Mountain and Elk Mountain smooth as silk! will let you know how she does on three sisters. We are very impressed and pleased... she's NOT junk by no means. More details to come.

we're hitting snow now on I-80.I'll explain more later... but she really is a beauty and handles beautifully... that comes from both the hubby who is the driver and the navigator... me! Randy didn't like big noses, but he is truly appreciating her now. She's won me over! No junk... and we are the prettiest truck out here right now ... LOL!

Nothing better than a long hood in the snow for me. I hate sitting on the front axle. Besides when you cant see the road at least you can look at the end of the hood :biggrin_2559:

Wow I personally take offense to that statement about the Plastic Fantastic. I love my Prostar, I had a problem with the air conditioner once but other then that she's a pretty good truck averaging 6.8 mpg and I run pretty hard around 70 mph most of the time. My only real complaint it could have had more storage but I have become real creative and seen another JCT driver with one who is brilliant at making places to store things. The truck pulls extremely strong and I've ran along with several older JCT trucks and they have a real tough time keeping up especially on the hills.

When picking a truck don't even walk past the barrier if you see a new truck and want one, just look at the sheet and the color and go and tell Michael which one you want before everyone else does. If you want an older truck then go look inside her to make sure it's not trashed out inside.
