Which ever one you want. I bought my Sirius from the W/S shop. If you have an XM Receiver or want to buy a particular model it's all good.

Don't remember the cost on the flight. The trucks have CHEAP CBs in them. If you want to hear what other drivers are saying you might want to upgrade. That would be at your cost. After you get driving and you want a better CB there are people selling CBs at every truck stop.

My flight from Denver -> Seattle -> Missoula was $430. Well worth the extra not to sit on that bus.

So 6309, I'm more likely to hear the other drivers on the road much clearer and less static with an upgraded CB? What are the benefits of a newer CB over the stock ones?

lynch, the radios that come with the truck SUCK!, i got a cobra 29 ltd classic in my truck, and it works way better then the junk it came with, i get about 4-8 miles around me depending where I am, thats pretty much all i need, i dont see any real reason to spend all the money to have them tweeked and tuned and the can my pecker look any bigger antenna. just my .2 on that... a regular radio from any truck stop store or other driver cb shop is more then youll need. and plus, all the volvos with the big whip antenna pointed straight ahead look soooooooooo dumb!!
the only down side is u wont have the weather channel on the 29 classic, but i do belive that they have one now with the wx, but cost a bit more...

Does Curt still work as head of recruiting there? From the way it sounds on the board here you'd think Roxy was the lead these days.

haha, nah curt is the " fuel guy " who, in mho is not very smart!, Matt is the guy in charge of recruiting now, and i have to say that he is an awesome guy!,
Roxy is very friendly and keeps nothing a secret from anyone. Sandy is also very nice as well, but it just seems that more people end up dealing with Roxy. Either of the 2 are great to deal with.

    snakeskin Thanks this.
