Oh Yeah... I #### near hit a cow elk tonight. 2 of them jumped down off a high snow bank right into the road. One ran the shoulder while the second come right out in front of me and was trying to run the same direction I was travelling. Luckily the roads were clear, dry, and straight so I was able to really get on the binders hard when she finally decided to get away from me her rump was less than 5 feet from the nose of my hood.

I'm trying to find a rural house. That I can park my truck on. In Indiana or maybe the home state Illinois. Houses are going for sale and pending in 5 days or 3. It's crazy. Not hundred percent sure why. Indiana is better since you trade the cdl strait across. Illinois, you have give up get a car license , retake verbal, written and driving. Schools charge around 1 to 2 k for the privalage. Illinois the houses are taking longer to sell. Plus property taxes are way higher 1800 vs 750. (ILL vs Ind)

On the side is it just a bubble or not?

If it makes you feel any better Phoenix has become the second worst housing market in the world, not just The U.S., due to the mass exodus from THE COMMUNIST STATE.

I watch a youtuber and he lives/works phoenix. He's a real estate agent. Yeah phoenix is blowing up, everything is bought for a while. Agents refuse to work with FHA buyers, ect.... They shut down NYC, a million people left(an educated guess). How many other cities have mass exodi? LA and Cali shut down hard, but used herion needles are free. I really don't know how common needles are but people reference them enough.
