Had a 3900 mile week with a few minutes left of my 70. Even with “winter” weather, I’ve averaged 3,000+ weekly. Hats off to the jugglers that’s keep us hopping.

Well as of 3/19/21 I am no longer with FCC. I left on good terms, and have no ill will towards FCC, in my opinion they are still the best carrier I have ever worked for. The people at FCC are all top notch, salt of the earth folks , and I have nothing but respect for everyone I had the pleasure of working with.
A couple deciding factors came into play when deciding to leave, 1. After looking at my year end numbers I ran 152k miles, grossed a little over 202K and only made $1.35 for all miles. I just felt I was running my truck, and myself into the ground. 2. My wife lost a very close friend to an aggressive form of cancer. From diagnosis to death was less than three months, it really shook my wife, and she feels like life is passing us by. I told her if I could find something that kept my gross in the same ballpark I would try and get home more.
I paid my truck off, and just started with a percentage based self dispatch carrier. I choose my own loads, go home when I choose, and my success or failure is completely up to me. I look at it like this, I survived, and actually excelled in a LP program at $1.35 per mile. Making it off running a load board should be a walk in the park.
Please keep this thread alive, and I will keep watching and actually commenting occasionally.cdavis188, just_sayin, Knucklehead and 27 others Thank this. -

It has been interesting riding along with you and I can say that you know what it means to be a professional and keep the freight moving. Thanks for the ride and best of luck in your new venture.Knucklehead and runningman0661 Thank this.
