Now, I've encountered this before, too, and it chaps my nuts......

However, how do you know they're dropping for "free"?

Between San Jose Speedway, Baylands, Fremont and the Fairgrounds, you could race Friday and Saturday night and Sunday.

When I was working for the towing company, we had 2 trucks that worked the Fairgrounds. Used to get in free. We did push starts and wreck removal.

 

Might obscure the sponsor logos and you will loose revenue......

You mean with "drivers" who's mothers probably wouldn't let them drink from a garden hose or play in the dirt as infants?

Used to be the dirt tracks were the entry level events for Nascar. Couldn't run shine if you couldn't handle the old county roads.
