I'll try. Website says trucks return to WI so idk.

Also, I'm kinda weird in that I don't like "Family-owned atmosphere". I like being treated like a number.

I'm torn between being a young punk and saying that I know better than you and being smart and saying that I don't.

Good companies are hesitant to hire anyone who moves around frequently. The cost of onboardiing a driver is huge and good companies avoid hiring people who lack staying power. Try a small carrier who might give you a chance to explain your side of the story. If I were you I would avoid purchasing a truck insurance would prohibit you from being profitable for the first year or 2 if you were lucky enough to find it.

I did car hauling for about 2 years. I worked for BMT Bavarian Motor Transport. They are out of business now. They did BMW Mercadez and Porsche. It hard to believe they could go out of business hauling high end cars. They hired new drivers but could not keep them. The trucks were very expensive, we had curtain side car hauler trucks. When they hired me they did background check I think and I we could not have any big credit problems.

It was not that great of a job in my opinion. They pay was great but loading and unloading the cars got old. It was hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It took about 3 hours to load the truck. We had go get the car and inspect it for damage make sure it had spare tire and manuals. We had look at paint job to look for swirl marks in the paint or any scratches. That part was easy after time because you know what to look for and can see it easy. That 3 hour loading and getting truck setup was pain. We had PAN or BAR truck that the car wheels would sit in. Most car hauler can just drive on top row.vs the truck I had.

We had unload in the rain so you get wet but you can't let inside car get wet or dirty. Sometime we had load a car in wrong spot to get it on the truck. So that would mean unloading a car at dealer sometimes to get the correct car off

What this guy said!! I had a rock chip on the door of a Bimmer about a month ago and nearly sheet when I saw they charged back 1300 bucks to my company! Things like this will add up quickly and ruin your car haul experience!
