I have a 5 burner Broil king love it. It never fails to turn out perfectly cooked meals. Although I have a little something to do with that too.

My EPU in the 20 Cascadia has never let me down. It keeps it plenty cold while sleeping last summer in NV and CA. I did add a couple RV batteries to it which helps a lot. The truck will fire the engine up a time or two to charge the batteries on a 10hr break. It is great

Bought a used Asus X54L for $150. Buying new isnt worth it. It isnt like a vehicle where miles matter.

I beg to differ. Put 500k miles on the last lap top bouncing in the sleeper. Pretty sure something broke from fatigue.

And that just goes to prove another point, seemed every couple hundred miles some "heavy duty" truck electronic part failed. But the lap top kept going.

Get a laptop with a solid state drive. As long as you close the lid, no more beakage.
Oh and the meme for today.

Just stay with something you can get into without having to dismantle to repair. If hard drive, CD frame, memory are reasonably accessible from back side screws, OK. A few of the HP versions require complete bottom case and display to get into. Not worth the effort and matching screws/pieces.
