Hey guys! I'm working for Raider right now and it has been a really good company. I'm in my forth week of being out in the truck alone and I'm making real decent pay.
That's how it is at most company's. The OP got the shaft while you are as happy as 2 ticks on a dogs tail.
But many drivers get treated good when their new and then after around 3 to 6 mo's start seeing changes. Miles start dropping, it's harder to get home, things they eagerly paid you for at first now take a act of congress to get paid etc...
Hope it works out for you ,because it didn't for the other driver.
Ripped up my check in front of me!!Beware of Raider Express in Fort Worth Texas

Alright T-bag, first off. Had it been me, I wouldnt have claimed that I didnt get your calls. I would have answered, told you to f*off, and told you if you want to communicate with me, you got that nice little tracker, computer, big brother machine known as qualcomm to do it with. You need not blow up my #### phone for anything. Secondly, had any trainer said that about this man, you sure as hell wouldnt have even let him complete training, and assigned him his own truck. Third, you have no right to claim to pay one thing, pay something else and chop the hell out of it. You are not god, and have no right at all. I guess you yourself must be "d.r.". Had it been me you cussed at like that over my money, if you hadnt used medical insurance they provided for you, you certainly would have thought about it at least by the time you got done talking. Then ripping up a check you were suppose to give to me, believe I would have been ripping up some of your junk on your little cubicle. You companies are all the same. None of you ever give "more money than owed". None of you ever "feel bad" about screwing someone out of their money. You probably did that (if even at all) to keep him from suing the piss out of you. Dont get mad because someone you tried bending over had a pair bigger than ya thought and slapped you stupid. I applied with yall once, and will make sure I dont go there again. Almost makes me wanna drive to Ft Worth and rip your #### check up just thinking about it.Owner's Operator and david07003 Thank this. -
How the hell is the chick at the front desk going to tell him to "get the F out" as well? If that's all true I hope the company goes out of business.
It's times like those where you might want to have a hidden camera or mic.david07003 Thanks this. -
To the guy who said "have balls, suck it up", I have ball's, I would've made him swallow his teeth, where I come from you don't put up with being treated like that, I never have and never will.

You would also be out of a job, with a criminal record. Having intelligence is more important than making a person swallow their teeth.

When I was a teenager in the 1970s I had a job at a Burger King. I remember that they had a good young kid who worked hard but didnt show up. They thought that he might of quit. So they started asking me all kinds of questions about him. However, I didnt know him because he lived in the next town over. Anyway, they didnt want to call him because they were embarassed to ask him if he quit--like they were begging him to come in. To me, as a manager, I would have called the kid and asked him why he didnt come in and if he quit. And if he said something bad to me I would have said that he was a good worker but if he feels that way about me or the company then thats fine with me; I will get someone else. Now that was when I was a kid, but I have seen this on my adult jobs as well.
Once I worked for a bedding company and one of the salespersons didnt show up for work. It was rumered that he died. Anyway, I asked if management called and they said that they werent going to call because they cant be bothered for someone not showing up. I asked them for the guys number and called. A few minutes later I got a call from management asking if someone picked up because they were curious. I told them no and this was their job to call not mine. Anyway, the guy did die; we found out later. But the management was so scared that this guy was going to answer and that it would make them look bad like they were begging him to come back that they wouldnt call. What crap. Thats why I have no respect for unprofessional management.kajidono Thanks this. -

Only considered "mail" if it had been sealed, stamped and had the post-office stamp cancel on it.
