Pro tip. Avoid the CR shop as much as you can. They suck. Always have, and probably always will. Fargo is ok for the most part.

As for getting your jugs filled. I think I did that once when I was otr with them in Fargo. Mostly I bought what I needed when I was on the road and submitted the receipt the next time I transflowed paperwork. I was always reimbursed on the next check and never questioned about it. Did the same anytime I needed a washout and a blue beacon wasn't handy. To be honest I rarely stopped at the yards unless I needed to swap trailers or needed a shower. I often parked behind Martin Brower or by coke on the street when visiting the twin citys and if I was spending the night in fargo, chances are it was at stamart.

I’m currently at the Stamart myself, yeah I’m just my opinion the shop’s here don’t give a rats ### about maintenance I really see that as major red flag for a company but so far I’m happy with everything else but also wish we could do a truck more than once a month though

Any idea of why that guaranteed $1,250 per week isn't on Magnums website (I just looked)? Must be a new thing they're doing?

Nice! Any word on that $1,250 per week guaranteed minimum that ncmickey posted? There was an ad here in NC for Magnum it didn't mention that (it did say average salary was 75k though). I know I asked a lot of questions in this thread a month or two ago and you guys told me that they started out at $0.49 CPM if you're new with the company. But no mention of this $1,250 per week minimum.

So any word on it? If it's a new thing, are they guaranteeing that you'll get the amount of miles dispatched each week, based off your CPM pay, to get that $1,250 per week minimum? Or are they going to do it where you'll run more miles per week but make less CPM to get that $1,250 minimum?

Definitely no guarantee as far as I know I’ve had weeks with less than that. Unless they’re referring for the first bit of getting hired on

Did you put Lol because the $1250 a week isn't really attainable for a lot of drivers at Magnum, or because it's a low gross in your opinion, or both?

$1250 at the very bottom pay of $0.49 CPM only comes out to 2550 miles per week. Not including their bonuses. But I do realize that a lot of OTR companies will pull back on your miles and keep you under 2500 miles with short runs (which are fine, but not fine if you're getting under 2500 miles a week as a result of said short runs).
