I’ve had one for 5 years now.
The seat cushion it’s self I found pretty stiff at first, but it settled in after several months.
I used to get all kinked up and couldn’t stand up straight when I got out of the truck. That has never happened since I got the Bose. Also my shoulders seem better, not sore anymore.
An additional benefit, the seat belt would wear a hole rubbing on my shirts. That doesn’t happen anymore.Ssgtkevin, MACK E-6, Mattflat362 and 2 others Thank this. -
That’s a pretty good review.
How are things holding up after 5 years? Anything else loosen up? Is the fabric/leather patch under your ### still intact?
Are these direct bolt in with no modifications?
I wonder what cost is now.
Seat choice is so important, nothing worse then trying to stand and walk straight after being seated and stiffened up for 8 or more hours.slow.rider Thanks this. -
R&l had them in some of their trucks. I had an assigned city unit with one and I was not impressed with them. Bunch of hype bear as I could tell. I felt no difference between the Bose seat and other quality air ride seats. R&L stopped putting them in the next round of new trucks, not sure why
