I'd've bought that officer a hot coffee and shook his/her hand.

The effin "make-a-spot" crowd is really starting to chap my marbles. Seems to get worse every day. I know it's not a new thing, but dang.......

I only brush my teeth in the truck. And I use those plastic flossers. I don't like using the bulk floss, wound around my fingers, splattering germ-laden saliva and bits of pork bbq all over the bathroom mirror......

I don't even like putting my fingers in my mouth in my own bathroom at home.

I know the CVSA "RoadCheck" is the first weekend of May, or Thu/Fri/Sat, something like that.

Tennessee always seems to run a state blitz the weekend after the CVSA one. I know a couple other states do, too.

Seems Ohio has one like every other month.....

I brush in the truck and at the back of the trailer.
Ever since I saw the 110 pound Ethiopian with white lips wash his feet in the sink, that was a wrap for that.

I only managed to put in 6 hrs driving today......

Miscellaneous delays, equipment trouble with the in-transit heat quick connect leaking, tried a couple new washers that made the leak worse.......

The load has only lost 5 degrees since I loaded yesterday, and it's still 20 degrees above minimum spec, and I'm six hours away from a 0800 delivery, so I figured, eff it, disconnected the ITH and I'm going to bed. G'nite!

Way too much stress involved with that for me.

Easier to use an old steel truck rim. Get a metal trash can lid for the cover. The rim depth is great for a good bed of coals.
The tire shop that I used to work for is giving away rusty split rims.

    That's about my speed.

We used to go night fishing on The Monongahela when I was a kid. Dad showed us how to cook hot dogs on top of the lanterns.

Getting tired of losing good loads because some snot for brains jackwagon drops off a load he already accepted, thus burning our mc# with brokers. 2 different loads paying over $3/mi I was told they no longer work with us, when 2 weeks ago they did.

How does that affect your MC#? Sounds complicated.
