Cumin, cayenne, chili powder, onion, garlic, and some other things to taste. Or for most people whatever is in the bag that says "taco seasoning" on the supermarket shelf.

This stuff in a Schilling spice package that says " Original Taco."

They also have modern taco for low sodium users.

You pretty much cook the meat. Then just add the seasoning and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes or so, and it's just like taco meat.

Dyno Tested! 496-Inch Big-Block Chevy Makes 763 HP On Pump Gas (msn.com)

    Is this streetable?

I had a brand new 440 race block ( 1 of 1200 Mopar makes a year ) built to a 499. Specifically to be a sustained high speed Silver State engine run on pump gas.
    It was 535HP@6500 RPM.

When you start talking Victor Intake and Holley Dominator, that's not really streetable imho.

Here in Maine. If it meets the requirements of any motor vehicle and passes the state inspection. It is allowed on the street. Tho a fellow over in Ellsworth (S. Tracy) had a blower on his Camaro. Every time he drove it on the road, he always had a EPD following him just itching to tag him when/if he engaged the blower. Of course they were more than willing to give him an accredited ticket with what ever speed. Tho here in Maine. Anything 25 mph+ over the limit is felonious.
