So for about 4 or 5 days now, I've been checking all around the drivers side steer tire / hub for any obvious issues that could cause such a weird noise and I can't find a single thing wrong. If I'm cruising straight there's no noise, but slight curves in the road can make it appear, and more often than not when I'm braking. I thought possible king pin or leaf spring bushings? Truck only has 50k on it, and bushings look fine from what I can see. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Loose U bolts, have front spring shackles been greased, have taken truck back in for alignment after suspension settled
Usually get them in after the first 5k miles to have suspension components retourqued and alignment done. Alignments from factory are not all that accurate. Sounds like something loose or shackle pins haven’t been greasedRideandrepair Thanks this. -

Popping noise in the front was always dry spring shackles. Good luck getting grease in there if they're dry. Sometimes, warming them up with a torch slightly works.
