Popping noise, driver side steer

Loose U bolts, have front spring shackles been greased, have taken truck back in for alignment after suspension settled
Usually get them in after the first 5k miles to have suspension components retourqued and alignment done. Alignments from factory are not all that accurate. Sounds like something loose or shackle pins haven’t been greased

 

Yup. When i got my pete it had that same sound. Turns out the grease had dried up from sitting for a year. Once i got new grease on it vanished after about an hour when the movment worked it in and hasnt come back.

 

Popping noise in the front was always dry spring shackles. Good luck getting grease in there if they're dry. Sometimes, warming them up with a torch slightly works.
