I'm just glad the truck is hitting the road it's been 5 weeks.... We collectively have enough money that it's not going to be an issue but. It stings. The carrier we have it leased too put some of their guys on going after lost revenue but I've already written that off if it happens it happens. Meantime the main priority is just getting it back on the road and digging up the best loads we can.

 

We'll just look for the glow from the top of the hill on Fort Irwin Rd.

When are you going to cross the Mason Dixon (Mississippi River)? Got to meet up and have a beer before you quit trucking.

Right?? That is the only part that sucks about this local stuff. Super tight schedules . im headed back out to portland for another load next week , same place i was at last 2 weeks u and pole was out there. I keep getting held up and have to haul ### out of there...

Its crazy how a 30-45 min delay could f up an entire week or 2 when running short haul, something im still learning ! But eventually were all gonna have a beer or 2 in real life !

Sadly man, I really don’t run that far west. Maybe I will venture out there this year. I usually don’t go past Denver. I will see what I can do though!

 

How much u boys paying for fuel in other parts of the country? I did $6,000 in fuel last month and $5800 month before. This month im on pace for $6500 or higher. Less than 10,000 total miles for each month.... #### near had a heart attack today when i looked at the pump and it said $3.80 ! Montana is the cheapest fuel up here and its up to $3.20 now.... Getting crazy !
