What does the blue light on the smart drive mean when it's flashing?

Perhaps you should be more concerned with watching the road than some lights on a device.

Really. They send in vids all the time for all sorts of stuff, most of which are discounted and discarded by the people that watch them.
My company uses the same system.

If you are watching for when it is sending something in, you are distracting yourself from safe driving practices.
Drive safely and you won't have to worry about it.

My usual score is between 1 and 2. It is currently 0.
And I never watch those lights, only the road and what I am doing.
