Where is everyone #5

As much as it is against my nature. Just say no.
Actually when the offer of assistance is made, I also decline.

 

I help others all the time, but I also keep myself aware of my surroundings. I already do a semi dangerous job, Im not gonna get hurt helping someone else.

 

That guys f up just goes to show how clueless some are. 2 weeks ago in Co I had a hotshot guy pull up to the jobsite I was unloading at being all impatient because he had another pick up scheduled. I told the dude that $50 would get him unloaded in front of me, but I guess he thought I was joking. So while the guy on the telehandler starts unloading me, this guy gets up on my trailer and starts throwing the dunnage on the sheetrock thinking he's gonna hurry them along. I told him "hey man, you fall off my trailer its on you. You dont just go climbing on other peoples equipment." He just acted like it was no big deal and kept tossing dunnage, so I just stood back and talked with the other worker and another driver who works for my company, lol.

Im all about helping other drivers so we can get stuff done quicker, but there are so many guys out there that just don't think, then something happens and they want someone else to blame.

 

Don't want to say to much but I believe in Karma and not throwing others under the bus.

 

Bright sunny warm Saturday... Walked 8 and half miles and felt great!

Decided to walk all the way to the end of the beach...



Folks play what they call "fresco ball" with small wood racket and a little ball... also volley ball, football (soccer for Americans), etc..

The continuation of the beach across from the canal is Leblon beach... And that is much more crowded than Ipanema beach...



There are showers every where so folks can refresh themselves...

 

If it's due to my negligence, and you are not trespassing, then yes.

Tents selling food and beverages, coco nut water, alcohol, etc...



There are also vendors pulling carts selling food, beverages, etc...









Folks carrying heavy containers selling icy tea... whatever you may want to drink on the beach you can get it...










Vendors also sell anything... clothes, hats, bikinis, glasses, etc.. they even make braids on peoples' hairs...

 

I also can't believe how many people put their well being in someone else's hand.
Its called personal responsibility.
I got roasted by another knob who had a truck with a invisibility power suddenly appear and cause an accident. Then tried to say no one checks their mirrors all the time. Pffft. I can't understand how many people expect everyone else to protect them.

 

Most people I saw on Leblon beach were very good looking... They all looked like they worked out, they were in very good shape, athletic and attractive... Most had a nice tan.. but some... might be "gringos"...





Walked all the way to the end of the beach and sat down for a fresh coco nut water... and a picture of those hills...



Then... I walked all the way to the other end of the beach... Here are some random pictures and gif images...
