You've been consuming far too much truck stop vittles.....I'd invite you over for dinner, but we would probably have to tie you to the chair to get you to stay long enough to enjoy the meal and company in THE COMMUNIST STATE.....let me know when you are coming to the Sac region...maybe we can come up with a plan!

Ok the idea is good but the food wants to be on a tray away from the heat. Some heat yes, yet it is a slow cooker with ALOT of smoke. It is why the char broilers have the smaller box to the side. The small box is for the fire and smoke generator and the larger drum is where the cooking is done with out direct heat.
