if u run NC and get down to the Wilmington are,u will have to check out TC'S Radio Repair-(910)285-5841. these guys are down home & courteous to the customer. how would u like to get ur radio peaked and tuned for less than $25? when ur radio leaves his shop,that will be the one part of ur system that u know is correct.

I got my antenna and mount at Bob's CB shop on I80 between clarion and brookville exits, but I never had him do any work.

 

My most expensive/high end export radio (Galaxy DX 95T2) is done by him and it works excellent. He would be my next choice if I was not dealing with RollingRadios.

 

I like Skip in the Petro at ex52 on I81 in Carlisle, PA. He does good work, answers all of your questions. I got a Striker 440 and he did the coversion for free, had his boy come out to my truck and check my SWR. only complaint is what should have taken 40 minutes took 2.5 hours. He is easily distracted, and because its a busy truck stop lots of drivers who don't have any courtesy come up and interupt his work while he is dealing with customers.

There is a guy at the 115 on 39 just south of Rockford Il.Guy is great he does good work and stands behind it.He is in the Mageos truck stop Sandstone cb shop.

Viking CB Radio in Fontana, CA

Took my 4 wheeler there to get my k40 mag mount tuned.

had them put on a PL 259 Connector and tune antenna.

$3 for the PL 259
$5 for labor
$10 to tune antenna

after they put on the connector they checked swr on antenna and said it didnt need to be adjusted. so they didnt charge me for the tuning of antenna
