I worked for them. They’re done and they’re not wanting to pay there drivers for the last half month worked (they only paid twice a month) I’m on that list of not getting paid. They owe me over 1600. They’re going to have a lawsuit. People have already started filling.

Yup, it’s true. I also believe the Amazon is true too. I keep in contact with my boss and he said they’re starting to pull Amazon loads. There’s going to be a ton of lawsuits! People are already filing! Whoever is in charge, or over the company is a super shady person!! I don’t know how you can’t pay for people who have worked. They ended on May 28th. I did 3 extra runs for them, woke up in the middle of the night to make sure everything was covered just to get screwed!!!

You’ll likely never see your money. All he has to do is file Chapter 7 bankruptcy on the company when the ship takes on enough water and you’ll have a bankruptcy claim for a broke company with no assets.

When AEH Trucking went out the IRS seized it all. I was paid $3800 for 2 weeks of wages 5 YEARS LATER. We only got the money because the IRS who seized accounts with payroll finally agreed to pay us. In your case they’ll run that company broke and pull chapter 7.

Amazon loads don’t pay enough to keep it afloat either every truck you see with an amazon trailer is held together with cardboard and duct tape and is driven by a dreamer wearing flip flops.

Best advice. Give up mail and go drive a brown truck they’re hiring out the ### right now.

They have money, they just don’t want to pay. I agree with everything you said though. They say they’re going to sue the Post Office which I believe is BS. No one in there right mind would sue the post office. Suing the Government is pointless!

hah, good luck getting directly hired on with UPS. usually you need to work yoyr way up to being a driver, and even then, there's a wait period which can span years. I highly doubt you can just jump into a driver seat.

They already filed suit on the post office. That's why the post office pulled the contracts.
File an individual complaint with the US Department of Labor/ Wage and hours division. You'll get your money.

It’s true. I used to work at UPS as a package handler. In order to get a driver position they usually made you work the dock first and even then you had to wait for a driver position to actually open up. It could be months or even years before that happens-it’s all seniority based(based by hire date when I worked there).
