    I’s only drove 200 miles today and the rest of the day I’s been sitting at this freakin Middle East desert of a US Gypsum waiting for my trailer to get loaded all the while there’s two pre loads of ours going anywhere but ####in here and now I’m 30 minutes past my 14 hour clock :rolleyes: Buffalo Wild Wings to save the day... and my hunger :D

    Boy I wish I got that good. The pete only gets around 7 on average. Going to get a cyl cutout test and ecm report hopefully this week.

    Are their wings crispy at least? Never been to one. Anymore if i want wings I make em myself. Besides this one bar i go to everywhere else their soggy

    I’d say most the time they’re in the middle lol they only had boneless wings at this one apparently, but honestly I only order there for the ultimate nachos with brisket :D

    I didn't know sweet baby rays made mustard. Is it good? We buy the heck out of their BBQ sauce.

    Do you bake them and then flash fry? Or just fry them? You ever fry corn? It's Hella good! Roll 1/3 of a corn on the cob in Cajun batter and fry. Soooooo good! You gotta try.....cause peer pressure and all. ;)

    Not gonna lie....I'm a sucker for the zing wings at the J. Pretty darn good for eating down the road.

    I just put em in the oven for about 15min to thaw out. Less messy that way. When they have big ice chunks stuck to them the fryer goes nuts Lol. That's why it's out on the porch.

    I've heard of fried corn but haven't tried it yet.

    My brother used to work at a restaurant and he told me they would partially cook the wings in huge batches then finish them up when ordered. Always wondered why you order them then 10-15 min later they come out. Takes a good 25-30 min on 350 the way I do it

    In that case I would be considered an anti cultural person, a "snob" or whatever... cause I don't eat stuff I don't want to eat... no matter what others think or say or can or cannot afford...
