Small window unit, under $200. I’ve got 2 of them. 6000’btu and a 8000 btu. Paid $340 for both of them, for my daughters apartment. Only used 1 or 2 summers. Now they’re sitting in my garage.

Multiple tests will be needed, along with hazardous disposal fees, shop clean up fees. We saw you coming fee. And tax, can’t forget the tax. Should only take about 7 hrs. at $115 an hr.
