I don’t trust that Dashboard. Only calculator, and only over time, a quarterly average is more reliable.

I’m guessing you average 7.7 mpg. 10,000 miles a month. Vs. 5.3 mpg. Equals $ 1940.00 at $3.30 a gallon. I would add less maintenance, but not sure that applies anymore. Pays off as long as staying busy. Park it like I do, 25-35% of the time. Different story. Only thing that kills me is Insurance at $820 per mo. and keeping up with compliance stuff. That 8.4 sure looks good though. It especially will, when fuel goes up another 50%, or more,

Food delivery is hot right now but I am exhausted. I grossed $400 today. It was a good day.

I usually gross $1,500 a week. $150 gas, car maintenance, insurance, and taxes. If you consider all that than I am not doing any better than a rookie truck driver. I am also more prone to accidents. Driving around in congested places requires focus.
