Don't use Navajo Expedited LLC

Hey is this some sort of shakedown? I've promised you reserved parking at the BYOB&CBD Wings and Gizzards Extravaganza and you want money too? My employees were fully employed during this whole pandemic proving I was doing my patriotic duty and you want to upset my economic applecart. Are you some sort of commie?

 

All I want is all monies that are owed.It's close to $195,000.01 that's owed for services rendered.

Don't do business with this trash ### company. They already pay pathetic detention and layover rates as is, but good luck even getting that. The brokers there will swag you on loads, misleading you on pickup and delivery times anywhere from 4 to 12 hours, potentially screwing up your reload. Even had a couple instances where they mislead the delivery date by an entire day.. mind you, not just a day with the same delivery time, but an entire day, with a completely different delivery time. Bad standing with factoring companies, because they are going well beyond their NET 30 pay terms. Yep, they've managed to obtain TQL level of notoriety in record time.. Yes, nearly all brokerages engage in some horse crap, but Navajo turns the wick up a few notches. Absolute trash company. Oh, and regarding the other people on here talking about Navajo's tendency to FG you, they absolutely will, even after they have the audacity to swag you on a load. Carrier 411 actually got onto them about the amount of frivolous FG's they were submitting, but they're still quick to FG you on one of their bull #### loads. Their rating on DAT is trash, so much to the point they had to offer quick pay for free, in return for you giving them a 5-star review, so they could (desperately) try to get their rating up...yes, I was seriously offered this. Again, this company has only been around since 2019 and they've already managed to garner the reputation they have. What more does one need to know at that point? Avoid like the #### plague, unless you love getting dicked around. Hell, even their asset/trucking side, Navajo Express, dumped a female trainee at the top of a mountain, at a mountain pass. Company is rotten to the core in its modern guise.
