Have you ever considered a chiropractor?
Some people think that it does not help, I have found that it does. You just have to find a good one. If they do sports medical/injury, thats bonus.

Yep! It doesn't cause me any pain unless I bust something when I fall down. I have had 2 broken ribs so far and my entire upper body is covered with marks caused by hitting things. The other day I was sitting in the main waiting room at the VA hospital. All of a sudden I am flying through space watching planets go by, then I wake up in the ER. I laugh at them today, but if not for those pink pills I most likely would be dead now. These seizures have allowed me to sit at my mother's table eat her homemade biscuits and gravy and her potato salad! not all bad for somebody that has been gone now for over 10 years!

Had a deep tissue massage the other day which helped for a few hours. Tomorrow going to try and schedule a massage as well as chiropractor.

My wife was originally diagnosed with cataplexy related to simple partial seizures. It took moving to Colorado and finding a GOOD neurologist who listened to find her issue was narcolepsy which also goes with cataplexy. Unfortunately since we are wanting kids she had to get off that medication, and she is learning how to manage (as well as can be done) through a hollostic approach.

One thing about chiropractic, it takes a bit of time. They are basically retraining muscles and tendons when they align the bones.

A good massage is worth the cost. Last time I tore up the shoulder, worked with a chiropractor, massage therapist and an acupuncturist. Probably cost me about what the surgery would have, but no knife.

I've got a solution for both your troubles:
Tie a rope around your ankles, then tie the other end to a rigid fence post . Tie another rope to the bumper of your new car and the other end around your wrists. Get the Mrs. to hop in the car and pull some tension till taught....then floor it...she gets her aggression aleviated and you get a good stretching to get things back in place!

Yep! The only neurologist available to me at the Hampton VA hospital is a moron! Thankfully I have both a Physician as well as a Nurse Practitioner that are super!
