My gosh dang power steering hose somehow managed to make its way under my belts and rubbed a hole in it so I just left autozone after ordering a replacement

 

Don't laugh there's actually some pretty good info on there sometimes lol.

One of the nice things about Canada is you've got to go through an apprenticeship to be a tradesperson. I had to do 6000 hours on the job training and about 1200 hours of classroom instruction to become qualified. Definitely weeds out some of the clowns.

 

It may come to that.

At the food court in the mall today...
All the food was fresh, cooked right there... and it all looked delicious..









Two kinds of beans... the brown one had bacon and other meat in it. The black one with garlic, onions and spices.... all in clay pots to keep the flavour even better....



And the sweets and other salty pastry...




Meat, meat n meat...





Big oven for the pizzas...

 

SuChi food ..



Lots of shrimp... beautifully decorated dishes with shrimp on top of pumpkin...




And more decorated plates with yucca root and other food..



This other place was specialized in shrimp.... all kinds of shrimp dishes and appetizers...



Others specialized in pizzas... others in Italian food, others in sweets and other types of food...
And of course, there were the regular American fast food places...







Lots of people in that food court...



Me .. I had my "lunch box" with me and had something I cooked yesterday...
